We ship in the USA and worldwide. Shipping is free within the 48 states, except Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories. We use UPS for most of our shipping services.
For international shipments, the customer will cover expenses based on the shipping company and desired speed of shipment. Various shipping organizations are used for international shipments.
Currently, we don't encourage pick ups at our workshop, however if you're in the area one of the owners might hand-deliver the case. :)

If your miner does not fit in the case you bought or if the parts come damaged, we accept returns, you'll just need to pay for shipping.
We cannot accept returns if the product has been damaged or improperly assembled.
